Off Plan Property in Italy

As in most countries and, in order to limit financial risk and debts, while providing cash-flow for the the company, developers sell units off-plan. As buyers cannot see a physical property, they pay a lower price. Relying purely on the developer’s reputation, the property location, and computer simulations on which to base their decision to purchase, early investors are able to purchase prime units cheaper than the same units after construction is complete.

The excellent off-plan price is not the only benefit of an off-plan property investment, there are also some highly beneficial finance structures. We highly recommended investors to analyze the deals being offered by developers as some allow you to put down as little as 20% deposit on a property with nothing to pay for three years. With predictions of prices doubling in the next four to five years this could a nice way to make a tidy profit.
